New cache routing and live cache loading

  • added a new feature to create a route between all collected caches (-> Route button in GC tab). The routing database for this feature presently only supports this for a central European area (Germany, Austria, Netherlands (longitude E3 – E14, latitutde N46 – N54)
  • collected caches can be reordered by drag&drop
  • collected caches are highlighted on the map, tooltips for cache icons
  • added live download of caches: all caches in the current map area (maximum radius is 15km) can be downloaded without using pocket queries etc. as well now
